- Guardian name and email (for submitters ages 13 to 17)

How We Use Your Information: We use your information only to operate Exastential, including to receive and evaluate submissions, communicate with submitters, manage editing and publication of selected work, process payments to contributors, send newsletters to subscribers, and maintain records.
We do not sell your information. We do not share your information for advertising purposes.
We may share your information with service providers who help us operate the site, process submissions, send emails, or process payments. We may also share information with editors and reviewers evaluating submissions, professional advisers, and government authorities when required by law.
Newsletter: You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
Children: You must be at least 13 to submit work or subscribe. Submitters between 13 and 17 must have a parent or guardian’s permission. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Choices: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by emailing us. We honor legally required browser privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control.
Security: We use reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Updates: We may update this Privacy Policy. The current version will always be available on exastential.com/privacy.
